NOW LET THE SHOW BEGIN

The following is/are alleged allegations,

The title of this may seem harsh but is fitting to what the US Marshals, OBN, and OHP have done.  Coincidental or not found in the following is of insignificance difference for Michael Stambaugh now.  However, actions taken as well as not taken by the above known police/law-enforcement agencies most certainly are going to be affecting your life and future unless appropriate action is taken.  Laws, Statutes, Bills being passed, Case Law, Policies and Procedures, Rules by Committees, etc. are nothing but word.  To have appropriate change of the following there must be consequence for one’s actions. Without consequence there fails to be a change of the courses of inappropriate actions. 

Frankly speaking, words are cheap, for anyone can say or write anything to tickle the ear.  This is being complacent.  What is needed now are moral Christian people who will act.  Moral Christian actions will speak volumes towards an injustice such as found below.  Thus, for your own freedom and liberty all must stand for GOD’S JUSTICE to be done.

We will be hung separately or together. This is your choice.  But remember it is much more difficult for them to hang us all together provided we stand together and in stand together we will safeguard our rights and liberty today.  We have God given rights which no government shall take from us.  Our Home is our Castle.  Ironically if we do not stand together, we will be nothing more than surfs of a king, or we the Patriots will find ourselves at the base of the old Tree of Liberty again along with tyrants refreshing the Tree of Liberty once again with our blood and that of our children.  Yes, the tyrants blood too once again.  Thus, Christian Goodly action must take place not just cheap words.  Our action are the teeth with a ferocious bite into tyranny leaving a venom which will make tyranny to never raise its ugly head again. 

Now back to the show:

Conveniently, February 24, 2021 Sheriff Clay Sander is out of the county.  Clay Sander is the duly elected Sheriff of Dewey County.  Therefore, Clay Sander is the Chief law enforcement officer of Dewey County with more power in Dewey County than any other law enforcement/police officer in the world. 

The Vici Chief of Police Matt Deselms is on a plane with his family. Neither, Sheriff Clay Sander nor Chief Matt Deselms having knowledge of said warrant for Michael Stambaugh, let alone of US Marshalls intent to arrest Michael Stambaugh.  The process for outside agencies is to notify of their intent and gain consent from the sheriff before conducting any official business in the county.

Coincidence or not; the Sheriff and Vici Chief of Police being out of the area simply does not pass the smell test from the beginning of the events with the US Marshall(S), OBN and OHP leading throughout the situation that has led up to the execution of Michael Stambaugh.

The US Marshall(s) claim to have staked out Michael Stambaugh’s residence.  When Michael Stambaugh left his residence going to Auto Worx the Marshalls and OBN agents drove their vehicles in surrounding Michael’s vehicle and jumped out with guns drawn.  Witnesses watching this situation, thought this was an armed robbery.  Witnesses also say the vehicles were not mark.  Moreover, US Marshalls and OBN agent(s) were in street clothes without identification.  The witnesses thought the stop to be unprofessional for the gap that was left allowing Michael to be able to drive away. 

The US Marshalls insisted that Michael Stambaugh was trying to run over them.  Interestingly, the witnesses thought much to the contrary.  The witnesses proclaim, Michael was doing all he could do to keep from running over them.  The witnesses profusely exclaimed, the US Marshalls and OBN agents keep jumping in Michael Stambaugh’s way.

Michael Stambaugh showed up at home explaining men were after him.  Shortly thereafter, Ben Stambaugh met with 2 men outside their home.  One was screaming at Ben Stambaugh claiming to be a US Marshal and saying he had a search warrant.  Ben Stambaugh told the Marshall he needed to calm down and show Ben the warrant.  The Marshal began thumbing through his phone and said, “No it is an arrest warrant.”  Henceforth, Ben Stambaugh asked the Marshal to make up his mind whether the warrant was an arrest warrant or search warrant.  Ben Stambaugh was on the phone with Michael Stambaugh and Michael Stambaugh thought the Marshall to be a babbling fool for this so-called US Marshal did not know the difference of a search warrant or an arrest warrant.  Finally, the Marshal found the warrant on his phone.  Ben Stambaugh had the Marshal forward the warrant to Ben’s phone.  The address on this warrant appeared to be Michael Stambaugh’s sister’s old address of 7 to 9 plus years ago.  Likewise, Michael’s date of birth was incorrect.  This is extremely sloppy regarding warrants for arrest.  Frankly, these basics of the warrant have been overlooked.  Therein, giving great concern for a lack of investigation regarding the allegations of said warrant being factual or not as well.

Ben Stambaugh then texted such said warrant to Michael Stambaugh’s phone.  Michael Stambaugh upon receiving the warrant phoned Canadian County to see if there was a warrant for Michael Stambaugh.  Canadian County exclaimed they had no warrant for Michael Stambaugh. 

Confirming no warrant for Michael Stambaugh shortly after was Undersheriff Jeramy Rogers of Dewey Count stating Canadian County, nor Dewey County had a warrant for Michael Stambaugh’s Arrest.  Moreover, to his knowledge there was no warrant anywhere else, and this was the first he had heard of a warrant for Michael Stambaugh.  Meanwhile, the Town of Vici is being swarmed like a flock of buzzard by OHP Troopers, with talk of the swat team needing to be set up.

Undersheriff Jeramy Rogers and Ben Stambaugh (the father of Michael) were talking with Michael Stambaugh regarding Michael’s surrender.  Michael Stambaugh turning Dietrich’s (a German Shepperd) control over to Ben Stambaugh to omit any problem of a conflict with the family dog.  Michael Stambaugh’s willingness of cooperating with a surrender to Sheriff Clay Sander and Undersheriff Jeramy Rogers was evident and would be peaceful.  Moreover, this is very understandable since this warrant was said by US Marshal to be a secret warrant.  It was but a short wait now for Sheriff Clay Sander’s arrival. 

Soon thereafter while waiting for Sheriff Clay Sander’s arrival.  The US Marshall moved Ben Stambaugh out of this area.  This was around 4:30pm and they began moving the Tactical team in.  Furthermore, they removed the Undersheriff Jeramy Rogers out of the area, and did not wait on Sheriff Clay Sander. 

Frankly speaking, OHP moved in a military tactical force to kill, not arrest a citizen of the United States.  There are no dead or alive warrants in the United States.  Only arrest warrants.  Just because a warrant may be a felony does not give the police/law-enforcement the right to kill someone. 

Soon after the OHP had cleared the area, witnesses’ heard troopers saying they were going to put an end to this situation quickly.  (Frankly, any quail hunter knows you may need to kick the bush to get a quail to fly out.)  Soon thereafter, machine gun, or rapid gunfire was heard coming from the OHP tactical team.  Obviously, the house was being shot up while Michael Stambaugh was inside.

 A gigantic question that we may now never know was Michael Stambaugh shot or injured from the OHP tactical team shooting the house.  What we do know is Michael Stambaugh was ordered by OHP to exit the house through the back door.  The timeline now is about 5pm.

Immediately when, Michael Stambaugh opened the back door, he was flash bombed.  The flash bomb would have rendered him incoherent, deaf, and would have blinded him for several minutes.  This would be for 10 minutes or longer.  Moreover, a flash bomb can have results of permanent injury even death.

 Furthermore, he was the shot as well upon the opening of the back door (most likely being gut shot by the travel of this bullet located in the heating/air conditioner unit located in the laundry room and for the fact the door would have been open since the bullet did not travel through the door).  Hereby, Michael Stambaugh was/is submitting to them by exiting the back door.  (Any, hunter knows gut shooting makes a deer or coyote run and quite frankly, would be no different with a human). 

Thereafter, Michael was shot many more times, while submitting to them by running to them.  Remember Michael is incoherent, deaf, and blind from the flash bomb.  Therefore, unable to understand, hear, or see them. 

Eyewitnesses say, Michael Stambaugh had no gun as he was running to them and being shot.  INTERESTINGLY, THE OHP CLAIMS TO HAVE NO PICTURE OR VIDEO FOOTAGE OF THIS SITUATION.  When Michael Stambaugh fell to the ground, he was shot in the head three times, execution style.  This is murder.  Michael was shot 17 times.

1.      This dear reader is a MILITARY EXECUTION SQUAD on US soil.  This is unlawful and is CAMOUFLAGED AS OHP nothing less. 

2.      More interestingly, is the fact that OHP is investigating this matter.  Frankly, this is no different than a fox guarding the hen house for it is OHP doing the investigation of their own murder.  Simply stated, when there is a fox guarding the chicken house, we know what is for dinner every time.  It is Chicken again. 

3.      Remember this was a secret warrant and is not of public record and not recorded.

4.      Simply stated there are no secret warrants in the United States. 

5.      Michael was willing to give himself over to the Sheriff Clay Sander and Undersheriff Jeramy Rogers. 

6.      Likewise, is it not reasonable and understandable Michael Stambaugh would want both the Sheriff and Undersheriff to be there and be the ones to turn himself over to?

7.      Was Michael Stambaugh shot or injured when the house was shot up?

8.      The 2nd Amendment is for the Citizens of the U.S. to have means to protect themselves from a Tyrannical Government. 

9.      Obviously, a secret warrant is derived from a Tyrannical Government.  

10.   The 2nd Amendment is a God given right. 

11.   The 2nd Amendment has nothing to do with hunting but is an inhalable right not to be infringed.

12.   Clearly, it has been stated by police/law-enforcement.  Michael never fired a shot.

13.   However, if there is an allegation alleging Michael Stambaugh left the house with a weapon. 

14.   Ask yourself this question, under the 2nd Amendment would Michael Stambaugh have been entitled to have done so against this tyrannical government shooting at him and shooting up his home?

15.   Furthermore, he was willing to give himself over to appropriate authorities, being the Sheriff and Undersheriff of Dewey County.  Men he had grown up with and gone to school with as well as had hunted with on his family’s land near Seiling, OK. 

16.   Clearly, the conduct of the OHP, US Marshall’s and OBN is that of a TYRANNICAL government right here in our own backyard with a secret warrant.

17.   Who is next to have a secret warrant to be served on them by the Federal authorities?

18.   Furthermore, will you be dropped off at your local jail or Guantanamo?

19.   Vici, Oklahoma; A midwestern US small town, much like Mayberry RFD lacking only in Barney.
